Who is responsible

What we collect
This website has no contact form, no account and no tracking: browsing it does not give us any personal data. We only receive what you choose to send us by WhatsApp, phone or email, such as your name, contact details and a description of your project.
Why, and on what legal basis
We use this information only to reply to you and, if you wish, to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is your consent and the steps you ask us to take before a contract, under the Mauritius Data Protection Act 2017 and, for visitors in the European Union, Article 6(1)(a) and (b) of the GDPR.
Who receives it
Your messages reach us through the service you choose: WhatsApp (operated by WhatsApp LLC, under its own privacy policy), your phone operator, or email, forwarded to our inbox by Cloudflare Email Routing. We never sell your data or share it with anyone else.
International transfers
WhatsApp and Cloudflare, which also hosts this website, may process data outside Mauritius. Both provide appropriate safeguards for these transfers.
How long we keep it
Up to 3 years after our last contact if no contract is signed. If we work together, we keep what the law requires for our records.
Cookies and analytics
This website uses no cookies, no trackers and no advertising. Visit statistics come from Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not collect personal data.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or erase your data, object to its use, or receive a copy of it, by writing to contact@pyra-group.com. You also have the right to complain to the Data Protection Office (Mauritius) (dataprotection.govmu.org). Visitors in the European Union may also contact their local data protection authority.
